I3200 series print head, it was called\u00a04720 print head,\u00a0EP3200 print head\u00a0or EPS3200 print head. Now its formal name is I3200 series.<\/p>\n

I3200 series print heads are industrial-grade print heads specially developed for large\u00a0format printers that can be used in water\u00a0based, thermal sublimation, thermal transfer, eco\u00a0solvent, and UV ink applications. Compared with the previous desktop disassembly heads, the I3200 series print heads have further improvements in ink circuit design, board driver matching, print head’s unique PrecisionCore technology, VSDT variable ink drop technology, high resolution, high durability and other technologies. It is improved in performance, so that it can freely control the ejected ink droplet size, the screen has fine graininess, smooth color transition, and high saturation.<\/p>\n

At present, the I3200-A1 head is widely used in sublimation, textile printing and latex environmental protection, corrugated box printing and other fields. Its dimension\u00a0is\u00a0106\u00a0x 49.7\u00a0x 41.7mm\u00a0(width\u00a0* depth\u00a0* height), printing width: 25.4mm; 8 rows of nozzles 1440pcs. F1440 is mostly used in high\u00a0speed eco solvent printers.<\/p>\n

L1440\u00a0has 1440pcs\u00a0nozzles\u00a0as well, it is DX7\u00a0or 7th generation head.<\/p>\n

The size of L1440 is 60.4 x 46.9 x 71.1mm (width\u00a0* depth\u00a0* height), effective printing width is 25.4mm; total 8 rows of nozzles 1440pcs; L1440 can output multi-color, 4 colors and 8 colors output at one head; when multi-head splicing, it can save space and print when the movement distance of the nozzle is reduced, the production capacity is increased. It uses advanced MACH technology, and has made more attempts and improvements in the process printing scenes of boards, inks, materials, etc. There are currently two models: L1440-A1 and L1440-U2. At present, it is widely used in the fields of UV roll to roll printers, hybrid printers, powder film printers, textile thermal transfer and thermal sublimation.<\/p>\n

The size of F1080 is\u00a084.9 x\u00a057.2\u00a0x 42.6mm\u00a0(width\u00a0* depth\u00a0* height), effective printing width 25.4mm; a total of 6 rows of nozzles\u00a01080pcs. F1080-A1 is currently the mainstream application in the market for indoor and outdoor eco solvent printing\u00a0machines.<\/p>\n

The above\u00a0printheads\u00a0are the print head series most frequently used by users\u00a0and they are also the print head series that Epson enjoys a high market share. In addition, the S3200 series and S1600 series launched by Epson in recent years have also seized a lot of advertising UV printing market and digital printing textile market.
