Turn on the printer the ink icon flash the red light.<br \/>\nCheck :(1) ink chipboard if has 5v power output. the chipboard has two red light on.<br \/>\n(2) CN22 data cable if connect to the chipboard, green board with yellow chipboard all cables if connect well.<br \/>\n(3)press clean icon once then press yellow chipboard rest button about 10s and loosen, press clean icon again to check the ink error if disappear.<br \/>\n(4) replace yellow chipboard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1. when sending a job to print the software comes no support the printer.
