\nHowever, the process of digital UV printing\u00a0is easier than screen printing.\u00a0It only needs\u00a0to put media on machine platform,\u00a0fix\u00a0position,\u00a0choose the image and edit it in software,\u00a0then\u00a0you can\u00a0start printing.\u00a0The most important is that the printing process of different materials is the same,\u00a0except for primer treatment for some special materials.<\/p>\n
3. Printing effect
\nThe color fastness by screen printing is not good. It is easy to be scratched off,\u00a0also none water-proof,\u00a0and need to air dry for some time.
\nUV printing has more colors. It has unique\u00a0matching\u00a0color management\u00a0which allows you\u00a0to print vivid color without making color modulation yourself. Besides, the finished products are water-proof,\u00a0anti-scratch,\u00a0wear resistance\u00a0(the degree is determined by the quality of UV printing ink used).
