1.keep workplace clean
There is no doubt that clean workplace is very important to garment printer, workers should keep workplace clean as much as possible. Furthermore the best relative humidity for print head is from 50% to 75% in work environment.

2.keep tampon clean as much as possible
Users should clear the tampon and head based on manufacturer regulated procedure, such as Epson equipment and other compatible printers. Cos in the process ink may  get into nozzles, which damages print head to great extent.

3.how to operate pretreatment properly
Users had better not operate pretreatment around garment printer, cos the chemical may cause white ink solidification. Even a little the chemical which spreads through the air will damage printhead. To avoid the result, usersmay as well close cartridge all the time to protect head from the chemical and some other harmful substance. If head has touched one place on t-shirt which had been treated, nozzles should have occurred clogging possibly.

4. Users had better operate clearing process when garment printer begin to work. For print head, its working time longer, chance of failure smaller. Compared to it works one time in 8 days, 8 hours working time is better. If user will not use printer for a few days, there is need to clear up ink through clean-keeping procedure to users.
