Actually multiple models of 3D printer have been introduced to the consuming market with retail price around 5,000 USD. Just like the computer, 3D printer’s price is expected to decrease gradually when the demand increases and the technology improves day by day. Some insider pointed that 3D printing technology will combine with conventional methods instead of replacing them. ‘Such technology will influence the production mode of certain product, but it will never replace the old ones’

Keep clean work environment.
If dust is so much in working environment, which leads to guide shaft of cartridges don’t work smoothly, then cause some bad results, such as inaccuracy printing, system halted, and damage machinery framework etc. When UV printer begin to work again, printhead return initial location, then start to clean printhead, which arises ink waste to some extent. The key to the problem is that usually wipe the dust off , and use lubricating oil on guide shaft.

A stable working platform and avoid putting anything on UV flatbed printer.
When UV printer is working, the non-pressure head must be closed, which avoid dust getting into printer inside or other rigid objects hinder cartridge work..it is forbidden to unplug the power cable,it has a bad influence on printer port, what the worst is even burn out PC main board. If the print image is nor good, we can use auto cleaning system to clean printhead, it will consume a small amount of ink. If the image is not satisfactory after print a few times, the possible reason is that
ink is used up and need to change ink case.

Printhead should return initial location before UV printer is power off.The advantage is that on one hand it reduce ink waste, cos printer is power on, it will clean printhead again; on the other hand, as printhead is initial location ,ink stack cap protect heads from blocking.

Ink case often need to align.
The clients who have experience of how to use printer know a fact, that is when ink case is reset or the printer change new ink cases, ink case need to align, which in order to improve resolution and printing quality.

As ink case has little ink, user had better not to take ink case down, which leads to ink waste or printer will not measure ink accurately.

If ink cases of UV printer will not be used in a long time, they should put a place without sunshine.

If client reset ink case, he should do that according to user manual, especially notice:client is able to reset ink case when printer is power on. Cos printer does not sense new ink case, and ink case will be filled with ink through ink auto delivery system, and the process can’t be complete when printer is power off. What’s more, the calculation of ink capacity is completed through electronic counter inside printer. As electronic counter reaches a certain value, the printer estimate no ink in case. Meanwhile, electronic counter will automatic recognize and confirm reset new ink case.

Moreover, encoder strip of printer should be protect, please don’t touch with hands and gather dust,just in order to keep head positioning accuracy.
