Excellent After-sale Services
1. One year warranty: It starts when you get the printer, install it and send us a photo for confirmation
(it’s not a bad idea for you to stand by the printer when taking the photo).Without photo confirmation,
it starts when the printer reaches the destination port.
2. During the warranty period, new parts will be sent for replacement free of charge as soon as possible
if any problem comes out (You also need to assist us to send back the old part.) and we will pay the DHL fee.
Note: does not include the print head and consumables.
3. Onsite service is available. If you need, we will send our technician to your office if you agree to help us
with getting the visa and bear the costs of flight tickets, food, accommodation, etc. The service itself is
totally free of charge during the warranty period.
4. To assist you with operation and maintenance, we will provide you online technical supportIf you have
any question,our technician will explain you online by skype. Remote control will be provided upon request.
