High quality, high resolution and super wide format UV inkjet printer
WER-G3200UV super wide format UV-LED printer is a 126-inch roll-to-roll model featuring seven ink colors including white for printing on transparent or colored media. It supports media up to 126 inches wide for oversized graphics and panels. This new model produces vibrant colors with a high degree of opacity and consistent color can be achieved regardless of light source for optimal viewing results in day/night applications.

Feature
White ink adds value to prints
– The combination of white and color inks adds values to transparent media print.
– UV-curable inks form thicker ink films compared to other inks, which reduce light transmission through the colored area, even with backlit signage, enabling finishing with vivid coloring.
Built-in LED light allows an operator to check a quality of printing for backlit signage during printing operation
LED light is installed to the front side of the machine. An operator can check a quality of printing under almost the same conditions as being used for the backlit signage.
High productivity leveraged by the 3.2-m-wide LED-UV printer
– The new model does not require drying, allowing processing and operation immediately after printing, thereby reducing the total operation time.
– High printing speed of 25 m2/h is achieved on banner material in a high-speed mode.
– The 3.2-m width allows twin roll print capability

If you have bought our WER printers, in order to avoid the printhead and the mainboard damage because of some wrong operation, you should install the printhead correctly in operation and maintenance according to the following way. And refer to the instructions, or under the guidance of the professional engineers operation.
