Thailand customer Sangdao is the third customer I have dealt with. She is consulting on our company website, and then the inquiry is assigned to me. She wants to buy a UV printer for sample testing. After comparing all the UV printers, she finally chose the A0 size UV flatbed printer. Since she is a novice and doesn’t know how to operate the machine, she chooses to come to our factory to study, and test the print results of the sample, and then pay. Although we can provide operational videos and manuals as well as provide online technical guidance. But on-the-spot teaching will learn to operate faster. Sangdao came with her colleagues and technicians. On the day of the sample test, the finished product was very perfect and the customer was very satisfied. And our technology has been patiently teaching them how to operate and pay attention to which issues. After a day of study, they learned the process of machine operation and began to show their talents when they were ready to receive the machine. I am very happy that she can allow me to cooperate.
