1. 2. Open the saved mold drawing in the printing software and keep the original size. The output position of the printing software X and Y directions is set to zero, and the left vertex of the mold is aligned with the origin. The printer platform is paved with white paper or stickers and then set to print from the origin.
3. After the printing of the mold picture, in order to ensure that the printing size and the spacing of each phone shell are the same as the mold, a ruler can be used to measure to ensure that the size printed is the same as the size of the template.
4. Mold positioning, align the left vertex of the mold with the starting position of the printer platform and then fix the mold to ensure that the mold will not move during the printing process and cause errors.
5. After positioning, put the phone case on the mold and adjust the height. Open AI or CorelDraw to bring up the vector image of the mold you made before, and then import the shell image you want to print. Each image needs to be placed in the correct box, the position of the image and the size of the image to print, and then remove the borderline of the mold. Export the image to save the original size.
6. The printing software opens the finished graph and sets the X and Y positions for printing. The position of the printed border was the origin before, so now set it to the same origin, and then test the printing to see if the picture is aligned with the phone shell.
