(1) The head-first removed from the machine
(2) Use syringe + silicone tube absorb head cleaning fluid with a syringe, received ink sac nozzle outlets, clean the nozzle on each nozzle (make developed for colorless liquid color), with a syringe to inject air inside the nozzle cleaning fluid will crowd out clean.
(3) With a clean cloth or cotton fiber stick clean nozzle on residual cleaning fluid and ink.
(4) Use other syringe+ silicone tube from another injector nozzle moisturizing lotion, injected into the shower nozzle on each nozzle (injection, protect wet out just from the shower nozzle surface).
(5). Use a clean dust-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the nozzle surface and peripheral moisturizing liquid (be careful not to let the nozzle discharge line jack stick to any liquid), and then shower nozzle surface with plastic wrap.
(6)Store in sprinkler box wrapped printhead.
(7). With a plastic wrap wrapped ink sac on the car, in order to prevent the leakage of ink and the curing, also want to avoid the holiday have direct sunlight on ink sac or the ink bottle.
(8). Ink sac wrapped put back into carriage. Head cable (or plastic wrap) with sealing tape sealed to prevent the nozzle cable oxidation, back on the of car (note conductive stitch below, can’t come into contact with any liquid).
(9). The ink and pump accessories to clean with alcohol, the alcohol added to the ink of the above, and then pumping waste refill tube with a syringe, sucked out alcohol, cleaning about 2 ~ 3 times, make sure the ink, pump accessories and scrap the ink in the refill tube are clean.
(10). Pay attention to clean up the waste ink in the cartridge.
(11). Unplug the power supply cord to machine, has a water tank, water tank of the power cord is pulled out, the lid of the machine cover, sealed as far as possible, prevent damage of a mouse into the machine line.
(12). Add antifreeze in the tank, or drain the water, in order to prevent the cold weather make water tank of water ice, damage to the tank.
