WER-E2000UV General Failure resolution

1. when sending a job to print the software comes no support the printer.
Check: (1) check the printer driver if install.
(2) check the printer setup if correct on RIP software.

2. when sending a job to print carriage move once then printer’s touch screen error icon flash red light.
Check:(1)manual press left or right arrow look the print flatbed if moves.
(2)press left arrow again to move flatbed to end and look carriage if move again.

3. Turn on the printer the ink icon flash the red light.
Check :(1) ink chipboard if has 5v power output. the chipboard has two red light on.
(2) CN22 data cable if connect to the chipboard, green board with yellow chipboard all cables if connect well.
(3)press clean icon once then press yellow chipboard rest button about 10s and loosen, press clean icon again to check the ink error if disappear.
(4) replace yellow chipboard.
